During the annual Kalahari Winter challenge, held on 11 May 2019 at the Kathu civic centre, Kalahari Mixed Martial Arts clubs once again proved their steel.
Clubs from Daniëlskuil, Ellisras, Hartswater, Johannesburg, Kagung, Kathu, Kuruman, and Mothibistad participated in the challenge. With 109 competitors, 4 competition floors and 9 different events the challenge was once again a great success.
