The Kathu Equestrian Club had their quarterly Dressage and Showjumping competition on Saturday and Sunday (22 and 23 June 2019).

Participants came from various places; Kathu, Kuruman, Postmasburg, Douglas and Upington. Make a note on the calendar for the following upcoming date: October 2019 – Schools SA’s.

The basic need to know of this sport

The categories consist of: Recreational – compete to measure performance and Graded – can compete provincial & national. Ages: Juniors and Adults. Levels: Preliminary 1,2,3,4 – Novice 1,2 – Elementary – Elementary Medium – Advanced – can go to SA’s – FEI Prix St Georges – can go to SA’s.
