Sports teams go all out

Sports teams around Kuruman took sports activities to a higher level as a deterrent to drug abuse and other social ills in communities.

In Gamopedi village, the Kuruman Kaizer Chiefs Supporters Branch hosted a top 4 soccer event on Saturday 17 October 2020.

The teams who participated were the Kuruman Branch (from Kuruman),

Happy People (from Gamopedi), AMC (from Tshipi Ntle mine) and Kuruman Branch Masters (from Kuruman).

In the first game, Happy People won 3-1 against Kuruman Branch. In the second game AMC won 1-0 against Kuruman Branch Masters. In the final, Happy People won 2-1 against AMC.

The Kuruman Branch netball team played against the Harambe netball team.
