Dodo Group launching Youth Summit

A brand-new initiative to empower locals – particularly the youths – is in the brewing within the next two weeks.

Dodo Group is launching the Youth Mining Career Outreach Programme (YMCOP) on November 19-20, 2020.

The group is inviting all youths in Gamagara, Ga-Segonyana and Joe Morolong local municipalities to attend this auspicious launch.

The two-day showcase will also be accompanied by a career exhibition extravaganza that is multipronged in approach and essence, hence not a show to miss by those who have high ambitions in the mining opportunities. The engagements will dwell on various career opportunities in the mining sector.

Well detailed discussions with our national, provincial and local representatives on skills development and small to medium enterprises will be articulated in expanse. We believe this will be the great platform to unpack youth career opportunities before the new academic year.

The Dodo Group believes engaging local communities, small business funding opportunities and 4IR skills development program moving into 2021 will transform the fortunes of youths in the region and beyond.
