Teamwork makes the dream work
The Dingleton Women’s Network spoiled the men in blue at the SAPS Siyathemba on Friday 30 October 2020 with a gratitude event.
The aim was to display their appreciation for the work the men perform, especially front line duties.
The women had prepared a delicious lunch and every male member also received a personalised mug bearing a unique quotation.
The event was a great success and the Dingleton Women’s Network decided to undertake an event like this on an annual basis.
Their message to the male members was : “Dear team, you’re all amazing, keep up the great work.”

Dingleton SAPS situated in Siyathemba went to a huge transformation including getting a new Commander change are good and members had to adopt. Therefore the Dingleton Women’s Network thought of a great work of Frontlines workers specifically the “males’.
Whereby we made lunch and bought mugs and branded the with their specific “quotes”, as every males has his unique quote The function was gratitude and appreciation for the men in blue.
It was the 1st initiative and indeed a success and surprise as the male never thought that we can keep a secret and pull this. We Dingleton Women Network continues appreciate and honour our male colleagues, whereby will have a specific day every year to continue appreciation our men in blue.
