Something new at Kalahari Country Club

The Hole in One Challenge is a new initiative brought to the Kalahari Country Club.  Hole Number 8 is the chosen hole for this challenge and the challenge will run for two years straight.  To enter this amazing challenge, players need to download the ZAPPER APP on their smart phone. When you play a round of golf and you reach the 8th hole you will need to scan the Zapper code on the board on the tee box, choose your bet and try your luck. If by chance you entered and achieve a Hole in One, you have to phone the number on the board and Neil will confirm on camera if you achieved it. If it is confirmed on video you will win either the R10 000, R50 000 or R100 000, depending on which option you entered. You will also receive a video of your Hole in One.  They also have Corporate day packages that will allow the whole field to take part in the challenge.  R20 to win R20 000, R50 to win R50 000 and R100 to win R100 000 entry fee per player.

Job done well!  Kalahari Country Club would like to thank STM (Southern Turf Management) and Franco Vermeulen for the great job they are doing in keeping Sishen Golf course in this magnificent condition.  STM redid the greens in October 2018 and started to do the maintenance on the course from February 2019. STM is a well-known maintenance company in South Africa and they strive to give the best possible service they can.  We again would like to thank Franco and his team for all the hard work they do behind the scenes to keep this magnificent golf course in this shape.
