The Democratic Alliance (DA) political party on 12 April 2026 announced the results of the party’s leadership elections which had taken place at the elective Federal Congress 2026 held at Gallagher Estate in Midrand, Johannesburg, from 11-12 April 2026.

This congress was the largest in the history of the DA and reflected both the continued growth of the DA and its institutional maturity as it prepared for the year ahead.
