On 6 April 2019, Kathu Cricket Club hosted the 2018/2019 JTG 6-a-Side Tournament. Six teams from the region took part in the tournament to end off the season with some fun in the sun.

The teams that took part were Lohatlha Cricket Club, Kalahari Eye Warriors, Kuruman Cricket Club, Progress Cricket Club, Postmasburg Cricket Club and Kathu Cricket Club.

There were some big hits and exciting games that went down to the wire. After all the pool games and exciting Semi-Finals, Kalahari Eye Warriors beat Kuruman Cricket Club in the Plate Final and Kathu beat Postmasburg in the Cup Final.

Kathu Cricket Club would like to thanks all the Clubs for the efforts and the fun “gees” in which the games were played!
